R&D on technical frameworks and granular APIs commenced, writing from scratch with internet technologies.
Multi-tenancy design, 500+ APIs & Omni-channel distribution portals released, followed by first client onboarding in the same year.
In addition to V1.0, more provided additional core modules included claims, finance, reinsurance. Number of APIs exceeded 1,000. Completed first Core Suite implementation in 6 months despite of pandemic challenges.
Now the platform supports all lines of business including Life, General, Group and Embedded insurance products. Completed first micro insurance core implementation in 3.5 months
Over 90% configurations were made from back-end to on-screen, and V3.0 is the first real no-code/low-code core platform. Number of APIs reached 1,300+. Completed first MNC cross-country, multi-tenancy Core Suite implementation in ‘Private SaaS’ model, covering four insurer entities.
Sandbox website is officially launched for public to apply-and-experience.
