• Interacts with all levels of client staff, including senior-level decision makers and executives, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of business solution development;
• Conducts gap analysis between clients requirements and Bytesforce software baseline;
• Provides best practices of Business Process Re-engineering in insurance industry;
• Works closely with application development and software testing for determining the system architecture, designing test cases and supporting UAT;
• Assists in product management based on industry and product knowledge;

• Bachelor and above;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 3 yrs direct work experience in insurance or insurance technology industry in cross-cultural teams;
